Launch date of the Final Report
The date and program of the global launch

The official launch of Dams and Development, the WCD's final report, will take place on November 16 2000 at Cabot Hall, Canary Wharf, London UK. This is immediately followed by a series of WCD briefings in various cities around the world.

Global launch - programme:

10:00-11:15 - WCD Press conference11:15-11:30 - Formal signing of the report by the members of the Commission
11:30-13:00 - Launch Ceremony

Following the official launch of the report in London on 16 November, Commissioners and staff will organise briefing sessions around the world to bring the report to the attention of invited governments, private sector, civil society and donors.
